This is caused by 2 issues - a uneven 59fps fps cap and excessive cpu load when using Vsync. To fix the uneven cap. Set the refresh rate to 50hz in game instead and use the Vsync as below. Use Nvidia's Adaptive Vsync in the Nvidia Control Panel or AMD's equivalent Dynamic Vsync. This minimises Vsync drops to 25fps.

I can never win this because I have no idea how to climb the best way and I can't run and everytime it restarts my brother is much further ahead. And I don't know how to quit it.
