Dolby Vision is a woeful topic on Windows. I did extensive research lately because I also wanted to get DV running and read many many threads in different forums. The consensus is that DV just doesn't work in Windows but only HDR10. The Windows DV extensions don't seem to work. There was one guy that claimed DV was possible on his computer.
