If you need to remotely control the power of the 320EX, then you have two choices: Canon's near-infrared wireless system, which would require that you get a 550EX, 580EX, 580EXII, 600EX-RT or ST-E2 to put on the 6D's hotshoe; or you get TTL-capable radio triggers that allow for remote power control through the 6D's hotshoe (e.g., Yongnuo YN The flash sync speed is set automatically within a range of 1/200 sec. to 30 sec. to suit the scene’s brightness. This QuickGuide will explain how to use the Integrated Speedlite Transmitter feature incorporated in Canon EOS 7D, 60D, and Rebel T3i (660D) cameras. This feature uses the camera’s built-in flash unit to wirelessly trigger one or more off-camera (receiver) Speedlites, either individually or in groups. Compatible Speedlites include the 580EX “I just want a way to supress the annoying message about the C.Fn options.” That is not Canon’s problem. Yongnuo claims to be compatible with the Canon E-TTL protocol when in fact they are not fully compatible. I suggest you contact them about your issue. Remember, you need YN-468ii and not old one to work on 6D. The flash has a optical slave, I.e. It senses the main flashes light and flashes itself in wireless mode. Since 6D does not have a built in flash you can't really use 468ii in wireless slave mode unless you have another of them to trigger from the top of the camera. I was trying to make a Canon flash fire as well by setting the xpro C on channel 1 group B and putting a Godox X2Tc on the bottom of my Canon Flash. The "T" in X2T stands for "transmitter". The Godox X triggers are not transceivers they are dedicated transmitter/receiver units. You need an X1R-C receiver for the foot of the 600EX-RT.
