I checked this forum around to summarize most common issues on 2017 F-Pacer reported so far: 1. Mechanical: creaking rear suspension - Isolator issue.

Well, somehow it still turned on and the piston came out. Mine is still sitting in a box waiting to be repaired. My solution was to buy a used one on ebay. It was about $400 for a used one from a wrecker yard. Dealer wanted to just replace the caliper for about $2,500. 2017 F-Pace Premium 20d. 2003 WRX.

It's consistent across every mode of music and is fixed only after turning off the car (and waiting at least 5 minutes before restarting). The issue is occurring more frequently.

Use caution when buying form non-Jaguar dealerships, to ensure you get the correct part. The remote locking item is widely available, passive less so.

Call jaguar assistance tell them you don't have a loaner you should get an equivalent car or higher that's how it works here. Anyway after nearly 2 years of ownership my car is now being rejected. It's gone too many issues. I hope you get your issue resolved. I was fed up running between dealership and calling jaguar assistance to resolve issues.

So my list of issues with my F Pace is growing longer and longer, I now have an engine check light on, which when put on diagnostics shows fault code P049B LP EGR Valve. I had to touch it 2 or 4 times before it would work. Now the drivers door sensor isn't responding. I'm in Toronto and at first thought the freeze and salty road slush may be interfering with the sensor. Hoped a car wash would fix it , but no. My back doors work fine and both front doors will unlock by touch.

Hi All, So i completed 1 year with my 2019 Jag F-pace 25t Premium couple of days ago (i am the 2nd owner and it was driven 19k miles when i bought it), and since my car was ready for its regular scheduled service, I noticed that the Check Engine light is also ON from the past couple of days.
643 posts · Joined 2017. #4 · Sep 5, 2019. My 3.0L has been GREAT! I have a VAP tune and have been so impressed with it that I'm going to get the pulley. I have been in contact with some extremely knowledgable Ftype, Fpace and XF owners who have gotten the pulley and tune.
1. Did not do it initially. 2. If rotors get coating of rust from lack of use, all other areas of rotor clean within a mile or two. 3. No other F-Pace at dealership has this issue. Clean and worn to outer edge. 4. Clearly this is a fault as no pad pressure to outside edge now. I adjusted to high sensitivity and it's better, but still can't be really trusted 100%. This happened last time as well and I had to call road side assistance and have a new battery installed. I explained I was a Tata Steel Metallurgist and had an extensive knowledge of Steel, Cast Iron and Corrosion and was very concerned about Jaguar discs and longevity.

When Idling is not normal if the car is warmed up completely. The only exception to that might be if you car is stopped and you Auto/Start Stop kicks in .
